Refunds & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel at any time from your membership settings. Cancelling stops the next automatic renewal — you will not be charged again. You keep full access to your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. When that period ends, your account moves to the Free plan.

Because ByteBack Arcade is digital content and a digital service that starts as soon as you subscribe, at checkout you are asked to expressly agree to us providing the service immediately and to acknowledge that, once supply begins, you lose the usual 14-day "change of mind" cancellation right to the extent the law allows. This consent is given with a tick box that is never pre-ticked.

This does not remove your other legal rights — see section 4.

We do not operate a blanket "no refunds" policy. Where a refund is genuinely due — for example under your statutory rights, or where we agree one at our discretion — we will process it. If a refund is issued, your associated paid access is removed at the point the refund is processed and your account returns to the appropriate Free (non-paid) level; you are not charged for that access again.

Refunds, where made, are returned via the original payment method through our payment provider, Mollie.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. In particular, if the digital content or service is faulty, not as described, or does not meet the standards required by law, you may be entitled to a repair, a price reduction or a refund as appropriate. These rights cannot be excluded.

If an automatic renewal payment fails, we keep your access for a short grace period while the payment is retried and email you so you can resolve it. If it cannot be collected, your paid access ends and your account returns to Free.

For anything about your account or payments we'll continue in Private Support so we can help you securely. We cannot process refunds automatically through the assistant — genuine refund requests are reviewed by us.
